Lone Star Land Lease provides a guided tool that allows users to assemble customizable lease templates for hunting, grazing, and ranch land use in Texas.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter
• Reviewing all generated documents
• Proper execution and use of any lease

Lone Star Land Lease is not a party to any lease generated using the platform.

Fees

Fees are charged on a per-lease basis at the time of final generation. Each finalized lease applies to a single property and lease type.

Document Storage

Lone Star Land Lease does not store finalized lease documents or electronic signature records. Users are responsible for downloading and retaining their completed leases.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Star Land Lease shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the platform or generated documents.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
